Fuda Fire Sea Rockwool Board is a specialized insulating material designed specifically for fire blocking. It has a dark brown color and retains all the characteristics of traditional rockwool, boasting a melting point turbidity that exceeds 1150°C. As a high-performance fireproof solution for curtain walls, it exhibits superior high-temperature shrinkage resistance compared to similar mineral wool products.
Fuda Fire Black Rockwool Board is designed for use as a main wall application and as part of floor structures. It effectively acts as a fire barrier in partition gaps and seals against fire spread. The board can be integrated with corrugated tubes and other surrounding facilities, helping to control the propagation of smoke and heat, thus creating a firebreak that divides spaces into multiple independent regions, offering up to 4 hours of passive fire protection. Additionally, Fuda Fire Black Rockwool Board is utilized for insulation and fireproofing on window sills. It serves as a passive fire protection element in curtain wall construction, enhancing fire separation at lower window walls and preventing flames from traveling through windows to upper floors or adjacent units. Loose rock wool is primarily used to seal irregular cracks for enhanced fire protection.
